What data is collected and how. Your information may be received by us from you in the form of email, CV, phone or in person meetings. Found on professional sites inc. LinkedIn and job boards. And through professional referrals where a contact of Lee Barrow Ltd feels we could assist you.

Address
Job title and employer
Salary
Profile of previous employment
Career history
Who do we share your data with. With your permission we will share data with clients in-line and specifically with your job search in mind. With your permission we may share your data with a select number of recruitment partners who we have a GDPR compliant agreement with.
Does Lee Barrow Ltd buy or sell data to or from a third party. No.
How long will you hold my data for. Your information will be held and amended for as long as reasonable, in line with your on-going career development. Although your data will not be amended during periods of non activity, it may be stored for future reference and compliance.
What are my rights to access, amend or delete my information. At your written request any or all data held by Lee Barrow Ltd will be deleted, aside from where it is required by a regulating, governing or legal body.
We may also need to retain your data during your engagement with a client however we will complete the request as soon as feasibly possible.
At any time, you the candidate can request access to the information held and shared by Lee Barrow Ltd.
To ensure we hold correct and accurate data you may request amendments to the information held.
Data storage. We have put in place appropriate measures to prevent your data from being lost, accessed or used. It is stored on both iCloud Drive and Google Cloud Platform.
How will we contact you. Typically we will contact you via email, phone, WhatsApp or through public profiles on social media. Lee Barrow Ltd does not send out mass emails.
What happens in the event of a data breach. Should your data be knowingly accessed or lost, we will notify you within 24hrs and take appropriate action to rectify the situation.
